I am a veteran of the United States Naval Service with extensive experience in helping military members purchase homes using their VA benefits. I specialize in the sale of luxury properties located in the beach communities of Del mar & La Jolla, down to the southern communities of Coronado, and Imperial beach CA. I am Certified Probate real estate specialist (C.P.R.E.S) with diverse experience in the sale of residential, multi-family & commercial real estate through the process of Probate, Trust & Conservatorship. I also specialize in chapter 7 & 13 trustee sales & asset liquidation.
